The day offers exploratory and playful activities both at Myntgata 2 and at the National Museum - Architecture, and is organized for the third time this year by the Oslo Architecture Triennale in collaboration with the National Museum and ByKuben. Contributors to the program include ROM, Myntgata Arkitektursamvirke, and Omlek. This year, the theme for the Children's City Lab is neighborhoods. Neighborhoods are the places we share with others in our everyday lives – the streets we walk on, the parks we gather in, the library, the swimming pool, kindergartens, playgrounds, and schoolyards - simply where we move and connect.

ROM invites you to a street art workshop
At the workshop, we will learn how to use urban spaces to spread a more sustainable message. Often, we see advertisements that encourage us to buy more or consume more of a product. As a contrast to this, we will create posters that encourage us to take better care of the environment. Joining us is Neslihan Ramzi. Neslihan has studied Graphic Design and Illustration at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and works with books, identity, animation, and illustration. Her involvement in street art has focused on political tagging and stickers.
The activities have limited capacity, and participation requires on-site registration.
