Since the opening in 2005, ROM has been located at Maridalsveien 3 in Oslo, building O. We have an entrance from Maridalsveien/Brenneriveien, and from the buildings main entrance at Maridalsveien 3.

Located at street level, ROM for kunst og arkitektur is wheelchair accessible. There is a gender-neutral, accessible bathroom in the premise. Companions/assistants are very welcome, including service dogs. We welcome small children and babies to our space. A car drop-off is provided in front of the venue and several parking spots lie within a 500–700 m distance. We lament that the premise is not properly labelled for our visitors with low vision and/or vision impairment.
