We are repeating last year's playground success and organizing the holiday school "Step by Step" at Biblo Tøyen. An architecture workshop for young people with reuse and self-construction as the main themes. "Step by Step" is an exploratory project for children focusing on the seven senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, and the sense of balance and position) and builds upon last year's playground. Playgrounds are an important place in children's lives and necessary for the development of cognitive senses. JAM Collective will help emphasize that there are many ways to play and use our bodies to build different modules tailored to our various physical needs and differences.

No prior knowledge is required, and it is best suited for children aged 10 to 15. It is possible to join for one or several days.

JAM Collective is a meeting place that is open and works locally in Oslo with creative support and empowerment. Through events and workshops, they actively engage in the production, creation, and circulation of resources and facilities to support non-linear creative learning and experiences for children and adults. Armelle Breuil is a passionate architect, feminist, and environmental activist. She started her own architecture firm, ACT!, which works with nature as inspiration and premise. She is one of the founders of JAM.

Marie Payan is an Oslo-based designer, visual artist, and art educator. In 2020, she founded oonda space - a risograph printing and self-publishing workshop. Marie is also one of the founders of JAM.
